RICK PAINE - Founder - President
Rick Paine is the founder of American College Connection. He has coached at every level of competitive swimming including 17 years as an Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at a major Division I university where he produced 31 NCAA All Americans. Coach Paine has worked with 9 Olympians and has placed 4 swimmers on U.S. National Teams. He most recently served as one of the Head Coaches for the Austrian Olympic Team in Sydney, Australia.
